Jakob Nielsen's Usability 101

Jakob Nielsen defines usability by 5 components. Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors and Satisfaction. I can see how each of these can be put into usability. He also says that another key  one is utility. He says that usability is a very important factor on the web. If the place you are on is really slow you will probably get frustrated with the website and leave it. Nielsen continues to talk about usability and its importance. This is helpful to anyone who wants to learn about the web and usability.
